Build the Future.\nDrop in throughout summer to discover block-based beat-building at its best! \nOur learning studios are packed with cool and inclusive ways to play\, including sensory toys\, LEGO® Architecture Studio and Braille Bricks. \nFor the first time ever\, BeatBlocks Live is coming to to Dundee. This interactive music experience transforms building blocks into musical sounds and turns physical play into beats\, melodies and harmonies in real time. No screens\, no controllers\, just hands-on creativity! \nDesigned for all ages\, BeatBlocks Live invites your family to make music together by moving\, adding or rearrange pieces to shape the sound. Each colour represents an instrument — bass\, drums\, vocals\, melody — offering an accessible way to compose. \nBeatBlocks Live has been created by Edinburgh-based studio Playable Technology\, a group of creatives and developers who bring digital interactivity out of the screen and into the real world to make play more accessible\, inclusive and fun!

DESCRIPTION:Drop in throughout the holidays for a family-friendly design challenge\nThis summer\, join our friendly designers for fashion design activities that explore the many ways we dress\, style and move our different bodies. \nStrike a pose and use live-projected digital drawing to bring our studio to life with BIG with your unique colourful fashion sketches. \nTaking inspiration from the exhibitions Catwalk: The Art of The Fashion Show and Design and Disability\, new designs by comic illustrator Cat Laird set the scene for your family’s creations\, reimagining the shapes and sizes of fashion mannequins to challenge stereotypes and include different ages and bodies. \nOur daily summer studio drop-in activities are free and suitable for families of all shapes and sizes.
