Come along to relax, design and knit your way through the morning with a sprinkle of good chat.

Using local plants as inspiration, expert makers will guide you through the process of designing and making your very own knitted square which will be added to our prototype community quilt.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners in knitting, as well as those looking to refresh their knowledge.

Open to participants ages 14 and above.

Glossary

Hydroponic – The technique of growing plants using a water-based nutrient solution rather than soil.

Prototype – An early version of a product from which future versions are developed.
