UNESCO City of Design Dundee are delighted to bring you Dundee Month of Design 2026!

Throughout May we profile the work of designers, independent makers, cultural organisations and visitor attractions bringing them together in a programme that celebrates the diversity of design. We’ve got exhibitions, talks, workshops and more! You’ll find each event listed below in our handy digital What’s On calendar.

But why May? Dundee’s design calendar is always packed each spring with university degree shows, major international exhibitions, markets, and more. Dundee Month of Design brings this all together; so take this chance to journey around Dundee and explore design in all its forms!

Events are listed on our digital What’s On calendar, featured in our printed guide, and promoted on our Dundee Month of Design Instagram and Facebook pages. Please note, all information correct at time of posting. For live information, please check with the event organiser.
